You’re often the first person to truly listen to the patient’s pain.
You’re the one who documents what no one else caught.
You’re the one who stands up in court for what’s right.
You help patients regain movement, sleep, confidence — their lives.
You don’t need anyone’s permission to stand tall in this work.
You’re not a backup plan. You’re the one who gets them back up.
PS – If they underestimate what you do, that’s their blind spot — not yours.
